ForestAcres_MissionDinner_Web 9.57.44 AM.jpg

This summer, we're hosting Neighborhood Mission Dinners for Lifegroups who meet in various neighborhoods across our city. These dinners will help Lifegroups who meet in the same neighborhoods get to know one another, as well as cast vision for what living on mission in our communities may look like. We think these dinners will be vitally helpful as we move forward in our mission to get "Every Group Around the Pool". These dinners will be held at our Student Groups building from 5:30-7:30pm and childcare will be provided. Please attend the dinner that corresponds to the neighborhood your Lifegroup meets in.

Sundays in the Park

SundaysInThePark_Web2.jpg

On July 1st at 4:00pm, we want every LifeGroup to go hang out at one of three parks in our city. The goal is that this will help LifeGroups connect with other LifeGroups in their neighborhood, meet other people in their neighborhood who aren't a part of our church family, and invite those we are building with to come hang out and spend time together.

Every LifeGroup should plan on going to the park that corresponds to where their LifeGroup meets.

Shandon, Rosewood, and West Columbia - Sims Park
Forest Acres and Garners Ferry - Citadel Park
Earlewood and North Main - Roy Lynch Park

We look forward to spending time together and taking steps towards Every Group Around the Pool at Sundays in the Park!

Recovery

Recovery is a group that meets in an 11 week cycle to help people achieve freedom and healing from issues that seem unbeatable in their lives. It is for anyone facing a battle in their life—personal sin struggles, dealing with emotional scars, or any other issue. It's a safe, family environment where you can come and deal honestly and openly with your struggles, and let Jesus begin to heal and free you in the midst of biblical family.

We gather for a short time of worship and teaching, then we break up into gender specific small groups for discussion, encouragement, and prayer. For more information, visit our Recovery page.

We meet Monday evenings at 6:00pm at our Downtown location. The Recovery curriculum will be provided for you. Childcare can be provided if needed. If you’re attending and need childcare, contact Ryan Rike.
