City-Wide Celebration Sunday

Celebration Sunday Web-01.jpg

On November 18, our family of churches will join together for a city-wide Celebration Sunday. In the morning we’ll host a Baptism Gathering at 10:00am, with a family-friendly party outside afterward. We’ll have delicious food and plenty of fun activities so be sure to stick around. Later on we’ll come back together for a Night of Prayer and Worship at 5:00pm. We're excited to see how God has used our church family as we've taken steps to see Every Group Around the Pool.

During both the morning and evening Gatherings childcare will be available for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years.

If you’re curious as to what to expect at Celebration Sunday you can watch last year’s recap video here.

Recovery

Recovery is a group that meets in a 10-week cycle to help people achieve freedom and healing from issues that seem unbeatable in their lives. It is for anyone facing a battle in their life—personal sin struggles, dealing with emotional scars, or any other issue. It's a safe, family environment where you can come and deal honestly and openly with your struggles, and let Jesus begin to heal and free you in the midst of biblical family.

We gather for a short time of worship and teaching, then we break up into gender-specific small groups for discussion, encouragement, and prayer. For more information, visit our Recovery page.

We meet Monday evenings at 6:00pm in our Student Groups Building at 1819 Taylor Street. The Recovery curriculum will be provided for you. Childcare can be provided if needed. If you’re attending and need childcare, contact Ryan Rike.

We want to engage and reach youth culture, so we have an environment each week for students to meet Jesus and learn to be a Jesus-centered family on mission.

At our Family Worship Night we’ll sing some of our favorite Kidtown songs, pray, and read scripture together.
