What are Student Groups?
Student Groups are the weekly gathering of high school and middle school students in our church. We’re dedicated to providing a place for students (6th -12th grade) to connect with God, with other students, and with older committed leaders that are dedicated to seeing students learn more about Jesus. We want to engage and reach youth culture, so we have an environment each week for students to meet Jesus and walk in family on mission with him.
Who can attend?
Any students in grades 6–12 may participate in our Student Groups ministry.
Why have a Student Groups ministry?
Our vision for our whole church is for everyone to be in a LifeGroup on mission together. Why? Because discipleship happens through community. Our Student Groups are LifeGroups for high school and middle school students. For the convenience of families, they just happen to meet on the same night of the week in a central location.
What do Student Groups meetings consist of?
Student Groups meetings contains groups of middle and high school students committed to experiencing life and walking in biblical community together. Students start experiencing this together on Wednesday nights. Time is spent having fun, building relationships with others, and learning about the gospel of Jesus and how it applies to their lives.
