Transitions Homeless Center’s signature fundraiser, Reconstructing Home, is returning to the Columbia Museum of Art on October 21, 2021. The theme for this year’s event is “10 years later...and the journey continues,” reflecting the fact that 2021 marks the 10th anniversary of the opening of Transitions Homeless Center!
