LifeGroup leaders’ primary focus is the health, mission and growth of their group. This includes helping individuals grow in their love for Jesus, steering their group to function well and multiplying so more people in our city can be welcomed into Jesus-centered family on mission.
When care issues occur, we get the opportunity to be Jesus-centered Family to each other, but can also get bogged down. This is why we created the Care Playbook—to help you care for people well while minimizing the amount you get diverted from growth and mission.

Leader Meetings, held 2-3 times each fall and spring, are the primary way we train up our LifeGroup leaders. We provide practical training for our leaders’ personal development, group development and mission development, as well as creating environments for our LG Coaches to lead and encourage our LG Leaders.
