Serving is the natural response to a life transformed by the good news of Jesus. The cross frees us from selfishness and laziness and invites us to leverage our lives to love and serve others.
We offer plenty of opportunities to serve on Sundays and throughout the week. Find out about opportunities to chip in as part of our church family:
Our Host Team helps create a welcoming environment for Gathering attendees and first-time guests. Our Host Team opens doors, welcomes guests, hands out bulletins, and helps seat people at the Gathering.
Our parking team assists with helping people find spots to park before the Gathering and helps direct traffic to those spots. This is a great chance to make a first impression on our guests at the Gathering.
Our Kidtown team helps teach kids that Jesus is the hero we all need. Kidtown is for children six weeks old through 5th grade. If you’re great with kids and want to help teach them about Jesus, join our Kidtown team.
Our Transportation Team provides rides for Transitions residents to and from our 9:00am Gathering. This is a great opportunity to develop relationships with men and women who are in a homeless situation and welcome them into our church family.
Students Groups, our ministry for middle and high schoolers meets each Wednesday night throughout the school year. We love having volunteers (and can never have enough!) who can lead discussion groups and help us disciple our students.
Our Food Team helps buy and prep meals for events, meetings, and outreaches for our church family. This is a great opportunity to serve behind the scenes and allow our church to be hospitable.
We use a lot of graphic design, photography, and video to communicate the gospel and the vision of our church. If you're interested in using your talents to serve, let us know. A portfolio is required.
This is a year-long internship in our financial department, assisting in accounting, human resources, budgeting, creating financial reports, and other day-to-day business operations for the church. The internship is from April-April, with applications being accepted beginning in February. Sign up below to be notified when the next applications open.
Equip Team exists to create resources for our church family to carry out our vision of being a Jesus-centered family on mission. This includes creating resources and doing admin work for Bible reading plans, blog posts, classes, and anything else that helps our people grow in following Jesus.
The Milestones Midweek Team exists for anyone gifted with kids, leadership or administration who has a desire to help our children, teenagers and parents grow as disciples. Our Milestones program, Kidtown and Student Ministries are all growing rapidly and we need leaders, detail coordinators and child specialists. If you’ve got 2-5 hours a week and want to join us in changing the world, one family at a time, apply below!
The Reception Team serves all three of our churches by providing administrative support from the reception desk during our office hours. Reception Team is a 3-6 hour weekly volunteer position for anyone who would like to serve our church family administratively.
