“Before I get into specifics, I need to start with my deep love for our church family. In hindsight, when I moved in 2006 to be a part of Midtown, I really didn’t understand the potential of what healthy church family was. Now looking back, it is integral to who my wife and I are, and who my kids are growing up to be. I know this question asked about my job, but I really can’t separate it from my love for our church because the thing I love most is using my giftedness to serve our church family. It is deeply rewarding to me. More pragmatically, I love the people I get to work with on a daily basis and the creativity we get to apply in what we are trying to accomplish through our church and in our city.”
