Eric is from Greenville, SC and joined Midtown when he moved to Columbia at the end of 2017. Eric met his wife, Summer, while in the Midtown College Ministry, and he joined the staff team in 2026. Before that, he received a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of South Carolina and was the Band Director at Spring Valley High School for five years.
